The Semishare cryogenic probe station enable accurate measurement be taken at very low and/or very high temperature.

Capabilities:

• 2” coaxial chuck 

• Ultimate Vacuum in chamber: 10^-10torr. 

• Magnification: 216X if using Metallographic
  microscope, magnification is 20X – 1000X 

• Temperature control range: 4.2K – 450K 

• RT to 8K cooling time: 1 hour 30mins 

• Start from RT to 100oC only in 30 mins 

• Mechanical Resolution 10µm/2µm/0.7µm
